Here are the highlights from the U.S. U-23s opening match victory over Cuba last night in the CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Tournament. Joe Corona (Tijuana) scored three times, Freddy Adu had a brilliant strike from long range and Juan Agudelo hammered home a header as the U.S. took full advantage of an early Cuban red card and cruised to a 6-0 win.
The U.S. now gets set to take on Canada tomorrow night in the second of three matches in the opening round. They will then conclude group play against El Salvador on Tuesday.
