#2 Connecticut cruised to an 86-45 win over twelfth ranked Oklahoma yesterday, their 13th win in a row, but that wasn't the big story in this one. Senior Maya Moore scored her 2780th career point to become the Big East's all-time leading scorer passing former Louisville star Angel McCoughtry. Moore finished with 27 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals to lead the way for the Huskies who improved to 25-1. Moore still has a long ways to go to catch the NCAA Women's all-time leading scorer, Jackie Stiles who finished her career at Southwest Missouri State with 3,393 points. Moore has 4 more regular season games, plus the Big East Tournament, plus the NCAA tournament to try and close the gap. Next up, #8 Notre Dame on Saturday.
