It's Official, Tim Duncan is Old

Generally speaking, when NBA players are held out of games a reason is given. If you peruse through Sunday night's boxscores you'll see a wide range of explanations:

Coach's Decision
Left Ankle Sprain
Suspended by League
Fractured Left Thumb
Right Thigh Contusion
Left Abductor Strain
Back Spasms
Sore Right Ankle
Strained Right Groin
Left Patella Tendinitis

You know, run of the mill stuff. And then there's the explanation for why San Antonio's Tim Duncan - a 13-time all star and 4-time NBA Champion - didn't play against the 76ers tonight:

Tim Duncan apparently didn't play because... he's OLD. BURN! Duncan turns 36 next month and the playoff-bound Spurs are likely just resting him up for their stretch run, but it's good to see some people out there still have a sense of humor. Despite not playing, Duncan still managed to pick up a technical foul from the bench in the Spurs' 93-76 win.
