cBig Sky Conference - Apparently wearing my Montana Grizzlies sweatshirt today didn't bring them any luck as Northern Colorado (21-10) knocked them off 65-60. The Bears advance to the NCAA tournament for the first time.
Northeastern Conference - Russell Johnson hit a 3-pointer at the end of regulation to send the game into overtime, but couldn't bring the Robert Morris Colonials back a second time as they fell to Long Island (27-5) 85-82 allowing the Blackbirds to advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 14 years.
So with these two teams now in, 13 of the 65 berths have been locked up. Next up is the Patriot League Final on Friday where Bucknell (24-8) with take on Lafayette (13-18). The Leopards took Bucknell to overtime the last time they met just a few weeks ago, so look out.
